Scope of Work
Our NADCA certified technicians will arrive with all of your mold remediation equipment in our fully-equipped trailer. We will then begin construction on a containment chamber around the affected area to prevent further contamination. We will then cut down, bag and remove all drywall from the affected area. Contact HEPA vacuum all surfaces including surfaces newly exposed during demolition. We will then steam clean all the remaining surfaces prior to the mold treatment.
We will then treat and scrub all surfaces with our Benefect fungicidal treatment. We will then wait for the treatment to set in and then hand-dry all areas. We will then spray all areas with our mold-inhibiting tea tree oil treatment. All the work is done while the decontamination chamber is under negative pressure ensuring that there is not contamination of the living space at anytime.
We will then clean up all equipment including the deconstruction of the decontamination chamber. We will then safely dispose of all contaminated materials and provide a final site cleaning.
