Protect cooling towers efficiency and free of health hazards!
Dust, dirt, debris and bird waste can collect in the cooling tower and left unchecked, these contaminants can clog water lines, block shower heads and collect in heat exchangers and other system components, decreasing the overall heat transfer rate (efficiency) of the system.
Contaminant build up promotes the growth of algae, slimes and other microorganisms, including potentially harmful Legionella. Legionella is usually carried by water mist and once inhaled can cause Legionnaires Disease.
Scope of Work
Our NADCA certified technicians will arrive with our fully-equipped trailer and unload all equipment. We will then begin pressure washing all interior and exterior surfaces. We will then apply de-scalar product as required to remove any tougher residue. We will also scrape with a wire brush any surfaces with remaining residue. We will then use a wet vac to clean and dry all the surfaces within the unit..
Upon completion we will replace all panels and grates and clean up any remaining residue or mess withing the job site.
